Don't be surprised if HOU re-signs Castro & then waives him again. Don't think they can designate Castro as an affiliate player (for the Vipers to get his G-League rights) coming off a two-way contract. But they can if they re-sign him to an Exhibit 10 deal then waive him.
The Houston Rockets have waived two-way center Rafael Castro, league sources told @hoopshype. Houston now has an open two-way spot available.
