Rockets rookie Bruce Thornton in his Summer League debut:
27 points
7-18 FG
3-8 3P
7-7 FT
3 assists
3 rebounds
3 steals
+20 in 35 minutes
Strong showing. He's going to deal with a lot adjusting to the size/length/speed of the league, but his physical strength is an immediate fit. Used his football build to ward defenders off. Looked very comfortable making drive-and-kicks and leading at the point.
